OUR POLICIES

Our shop is a welcoming place for all. We love our clients like family! However, every shop needs a few little housekeeping rules in order to keep things safe and fun for everyone.


Pets

If we could have a zoo of animals in the shop, we definitely would. But please, service animals only.
 

Kids + friends

Sharp tweezers and kids are not a safe combination! Unfortunately, we cannot supervise children during their guardian’s service, so we please ask that you to leave the little ones at home.

Because we have very limited space in our shop, please help us reserve our seating area for waiting clients! If you roll with an entourage, encourage them to check out some places around the area while they wait for you. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance!
 

Appointment changes/Cancellations

Things happen. Whether you got stuck in a meeting, stuck in traffic, or you misplace your keys (which happens to us, too!), we can still get you in if you are running a few minutes late. Just give us a heads up!

Should you have to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment in order to allow others the opportunity to book. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for half the appointment. Cancelling four hours or less before your appointment will be considered a "No Show" and you will be charged for the entire appointment. Thank you for understanding.

At Lash Theory, our goal is to have you walk out with a smile and beautiful lashes. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. 

If something happens after the 48-hour window, still give us a call and we will try our best to work with you!
